Step 1
Submit a 150 word description of your cause along with any printed material
you may have.
Step 2
Attach the following documents:

A project budget detailing project expenses and income sources |

A list of business and foundation donors with their contribution level |
• |
An IRS copy of your organization's nonprofit 501(c)(3) status |
• |
A current annual operating budget with income and expenses |
• |
A list of the members of your board of directors, including names, titles and affiliations |

Most grants average between $500 and $2,000. Media That Deelivers, Inc. will review and award grants annually. You should receive acknowledgement of your request soon after your submission.

your request at this time for one of the following reasons:
• We can only fund nonprofit organizations with a 501(c)(3) status.
• We limit our funding to the communities in which we do business.
• We limit our funding to the areas of arts, education and children.
